Biography

Anthony began his career trading equities and options at Ord Minnett, before moving to the JPMorgan equity trading desk in Melbourne. He later relocated to Asia with JPMorgan, and went on to spend two stints at UBS, with a period at Tantallon Capital in between. During this time his long-short portfolio ranked in the top 5%, and he was ranked third in Asia Pacific for hedge fund advisory. Anthony now brings 25 years of market experience, together with a decade spent mentoring retail traders, to the 4 Pillar Trading community.

Why I teach

What I love about being at 4 Pillar Trading is that I get to see the same lightbulb moments in others that I once had myself — watching a trader move from guessing to genuinely understanding the "why" behind an idea or a trade. What I want 4 Pillar Trading students to take from it isn't a set of signals to copy, but a process they can trust and repeat on their own, long after they've stopped needing me looking over their shoulder.
