By accessing or using our website or services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
We operate an education and membership platform under the brand The 4 Pillars. Our services may include:
- educational content, live sessions and webinars;
- memberships and subscriptions;
- mentoring programmes;
- recordings, materials and community access; and
- related support, communications and administration.
Our services are intended for adults. You must not use the services if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Important Disclaimer
The 4 Pillars is an educational service. We do not provide personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any regulated advisory service unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Nothing on our website, in our webinars, in community discussions, in mentoring sessions, or in any materials we provide is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any financial product, security, derivative, or investment.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, trades, investments, risk management, compliance obligations, and results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing involve risk, including the risk of loss.
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use certain parts of the services, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current and complete information;
- keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
- promptly update your information if it changes; and
- accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account.
You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to access paid content through your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised use, misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform or other users.
4. Memberships, Subscriptions and Programmes
We may offer recurring subscriptions, one-off purchases, and programme-based services, including mentoring.
4.1 Subscription Billing
Where you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes and any other disclosed charges using your selected payment method.
Unless stated otherwise:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;
- you remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation takes effect; and
- pricing, billing cycle and included features will be shown at checkout or on the relevant sales page.
4.2 Changes to Pricing or Inclusions
We may change our prices, plans or inclusions from time to time. Where required, we will give reasonable prior notice before any change affecting an existing recurring subscription takes effect.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend access, downgrade access, or cancel the relevant subscription or service until payment is successfully received.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting us, subject to any minimum commitment or programme terms stated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- cancellation stops future renewals;
- cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; and
- access may continue until the end of the paid period, unless suspended earlier for breach.
4.5 Mentoring and Special Programmes
Mentoring, fast-track access, or similar programmes may be subject to additional eligibility criteria, application review, scheduling limitations, written approvals, or separate commercial terms.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise in writing:
- subscription fees are non-refundable once charged;
- one-off programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced or resources have been allocated;
- failure to attend a live session, webinar, group session or mentoring session does not entitle you to a refund; and
- change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.
If we cancel a paid service and do not provide a reasonable substitute, we may provide a full or partial refund, credit, or rescheduling at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Educational Content, Live Sessions and Community Access
Your purchase may include access to live webinars, meetings, recordings, materials, or community spaces such as discussion forums.
We may:
- change session times, speakers, mentors, topics or format;
- substitute presenters;
- reschedule or cancel sessions;
- restrict, remove or replace content; or
- change the features of the community platform,
where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, quality, platform, security or commercial reasons.
We do not guarantee that any particular session, presenter, recording, community feature or archive will always remain available.
7. Recording and Session Conduct
Some sessions may be recorded. By attending a session, you acknowledge that your name, profile information, voice, image, questions, chat messages or participation may be visible to us, the presenter, service providers, and other attendees, and may be recorded where recording is enabled.
You must behave respectfully and lawfully when using the services. You must not:
- harass, threaten, abuse or defame any person;
- disrupt sessions, forums or platform operations;
- post unlawful, misleading, infringing, obscene or harmful content;

We may remove content, mute participants, suspend access, or terminate accounts for misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website, platform, branding, curriculum, videos, recordings, text, graphics, materials, session content, and related content are owned by us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the services for your personal, internal, non-commercial educational use. You represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or breach any law. We may remove user content at our discretion.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, video platforms, email tools, analytics providers, hosting providers and community software. These may include services such as Stripe, Zoom, Discourse, Supabase, Vercel and Customer.io. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, outages, policies or acts or omissions outside our reasonable control. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability and Technical Issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure availability of the website or services. From time to time, the services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, security incidents, internet issues or third-party failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, data loss, access failures or other technical issues arising from such events.
12. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome, trading outcome, business result, income level, profitability, skill development, certification, qualification, or access to future opportunities. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we disclaim all warranties, representations and guarantees not expressly stated in these Terms; and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, data, trading losses or investment losses. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses arising out of or in connection with your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or third-party rights, or your reliance on, or use of, educational content for trading or investment decisions.
15. Privacy
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create legal, regulatory, security or reputational risk, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue part or all of the services. Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnities or any provisions intended to survive termination.
