These Event Terms apply to tickets for the 4 Pillar Trading Playbook 2027 (the "Event") sold by BATIDGER PTE. LTD. They apply together with our Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict, these Event Terms prevail for the Event.

1. The Event
A live, online, full-day educational event on 12 December 2026, delivered by Zoom.
2. What your ticket includes
Live attendance on the day for one person, and Q&A with the team during the Event. The Event is live only: no recordings, slides or other materials are provided afterwards, including to 4 Pillar Trading members.
3. Joining
We will email your personal joining link before the Event. It is for your use only; do not share it. You need your own device and internet connection; we are not responsible for problems with your equipment or connection.
4. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Not attending, or attending only part of the Event, does not entitle you to a refund. Nothing in these Event Terms excludes any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
5. Transfers
Tickets are not transferable.
6. Changes, postponement and cancellation
We may change the timing, running order, topics or presenters where reasonably necessary. If we need to reschedule the Event, your ticket remains valid for the full Event on the new date. If we cancel it and do not offer a reasonable alternative, we will refund the price you paid.
7. Content
You must not record, copy, share, rebroadcast or resell any part of the Event.
8. Education, not advice
The Event is educational. Examples, ideas and portfolios discussed are illustrations, not recommendations or personal financial advice. Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of your capital. See section 2 of our Terms and Conditions.
